TB-500 is a synthetic version of the naturally occurring peptide Thymosin Beta-4, which plays a crucial role in tissue repair and regeneration. It promotes the migration of endothelial and keratinocyte cells to sites of injury, reduces inflammation, and inhibits the formation of adhesions in muscles and tendons. Popular among athletes for recovery from injuries. However, human clinical trials remain limited, and it is not FDA-approved.
